,,सर्व विद्यार्थ्यांना सूचित करण्यात येते की राष्ट्रीय सेवा योजना विभागाच्या वतीने 7 दिवसीय श्रम संस्कार शिबीर आयोजित करण्यात येणार आहे. त्यासंदर्भात सभा दिनांक 13 डिसेंबर रोजी FYBA च्या वर्गात आयोजित करण्यात आली आहे तरी सर्वांनी तेथे उपस्थित राहणे अनिवार्य आहे............ All students are hereby informed that a 7-day "Shram Sanskar Shibir" is being organized by the National Service Scheme (NSS) Department. A meeting regarding this will be held on 13th December in the FYBA class. Therefore, it is mandatory for all students to be present.
RULES FOR ADMISSION
1) The Principal is the final authority and reserves all rights to refuse admission to any student without assigning any reason there to.
2) Students seeking admission to the college will be given the college prospectus along with the prescribed form. The form with all necessary information should be duly filled and necessary documents must be attached.
3) All admissions are provisional subject to the confirmation of the university.
4) All admissions are valid for one academic year only and will have to be renewed by a fresh application every subsequent year.
5) To confirm his/her admission the student will have to pay required fees on the same day, failing which his/her admission will be automatically canceled.
6) At the time of admission to concerned student should be personally present in the office.
7) Students are required to preserve all receipts. At the time of refund of deposit the receipt must be produced. Without receipt the deposit amount will not be refunded.The office will not supply the receipt nos. etc. No request shall be entertained without proper receipt.
8) Original school leaving certificate of XII th as the case may be will have to be deposited with the college. Under no circumstances shall such certificate be returned to the students except when he/she desired to dis enrolment himself/herself from the college.
9) Identity Cards will be issued to new issued to new students at the time of admission. Students must produce the cards on demand by college authorities including teaching and non-teaching staff. They should always be carried by the student when in college premised.
10) A student seeking admission to any class must duly fill the Admission form and complete other formalities regarding EBC/PTC/BC, scholarship. The students will not be admitted to any course unless the above forms are submitted to the office.
11) Admission to F.Y. classes will be based on merit and as per University and Government rules. Admission Scheduled will be displayed on the notice-board immediately after H.S.C result.
CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION
1) If a student wishes to cancel his/her admission he/she should inform the Principal in writing giving full details of reasons for cancelling admission. This application must be approved by the Principal. Failing to do so he/she will be required to pay full fees for
Both terms. If a student's admission is cancelled with the prior permission of the Principal he/she/ is entitled to claim the fees according the university regulations.
2) The Principal's decision will be binding in all cases. Application for refund of deposit should be made before 1" April. All original Receipts should be attached to the application. The money will be refunded only after Aug. & after deducting any dues
3) The Principal has the absolute authority to cancel the admission given to a student on the basis of unsatisfactory attendance Misconduct or any other reason as applicable

Note - the total amount considered for the refund of fees from the commencement of academic term of the course includes the following-
All the fees items chargeable for one year are as per relevant University circulars for different Faculties (excluding the course for which the total amount is fixed by other competent authorities The Fee charged towards group insurance and all fee components to be paid as University share (including Vice-Chancellor fund, University fee for sports and cultural activities, E charges, disaster management fund, exam fee and enrollment fee) are non- refundable if payment is made by the college prior to the date of the cancellation.
Fee collected for Identity card and Library card, admission form and Prospectus, enrollment and any other course specific fee are not refundable after the commencement of the academic term. All refundable deposits (Laboratory, caution, money and Library etc. shall be fully returned at the time of cancellation.
Provided that wherever admissions are made through centralized admission process for professional and / or for any other courses by other competent Authorities, ( as per the rule of relevant agencies)

Further that 0.2859 -A & 0.2859 - B gave repealed and amended 0.2859 relating to the refund of Tuition Fees, Development and all other fees after cancellation of admission for Under Graduate Courses has been brought into force with effect from the academic year 2008-09

1) SC/ST/VJNT/SBC/OBC/students are eligible to get full fee concession from the state Govt. (GOI Scholarship)
2) Physically Handicapped Scholarship
